The heating is made with Nova Florida central heating radiators, using the classical system with metal pipes and fittings. The heating agent, water with 80/60C, is comming from the public termificare network. |

Because the structure of the building is the classic one we were forced to use the split cooler system for summer situation. The vaporizer is fixated on the ceiling and has a special automation control system. The connection with the condenser is made with plastic flexible pipe, hidden in the walls. |
| The main entrance of the building has a modern architecture with glass walls. This is the reason that we used heating pipes for the floor and low heigh heating radiators. |  |
